How to get permission to submit new SM hack for the first time?

Hello all!  I have recently and for the first time just finished my first SM hack.  It is a redesigned version of Super Metroid Impossible.  I just joined the site today.  How do I get permission to submit my hack so others can play it and test their skills in this ultimate challenge hack?

Posting once on the forum grants you permissions to other features of the site. Your hack will need approval from site staff, however. Make sure it follows the upload standards!
