With inspiration from SM: Rotation Hack I bring you... ZM: Rotation!



Features:

  • Every room will be rotated
  • Hatches replaced with shot blocks
  • Custom clipdata for horizontal morphball launchers

As far as I know, there are no upper and lower doors

 Working vertical caps will likely be the largest challenge of this hack.

When I get to a more playable stage I will likely look into vertical hatches, but for now shot blocks will do.

Just wanted to let everyone know that progress has been really slow, but still going. I'm finding it difficult to keep going with this, it's just tedious, but I'm getting through it. Hopefully once I finish Brinstar 3 I will regain my motivation and progress will be faster. These large rooms are killing me...

Also, I will be updating the numbers when I finish this room to hopefully be a lot more accurate.

Final notes: Never forget about the multiple spritesets per room! This caused me some problems and pushed me back about a day as I had to retile the first three rooms to fix the sprites.
