Coding New Suit Palettes

I am seeking assistance creating code that enables my two new suits (already created) to have their own palettes. After discussing with Smiley, I have found that the process would not be that difficult. i have the necessary info you would need to write the asm that would enable these new palettes. However, i am not in the slightest knowledgeable in asm.

I am willing to trade custom music, written or covered by me, for your hack or otherwise.
