How Hack Rom

Greetings a query, like I do to patch the game, I have used the IPS Luna, the WinIPS, and placed the ips next to the Rom and do not load, I get error, I use Snes9x 1.53 for windows XP ... greetings

Whatever rom you are patching make sure it's a clean rom. Also check to see if the patch is for a headered rom or un-headered rom.
