Metroid Prime 2 Screen Tilt Glitch(Trilogy, running on Dolphin)

While playing through Metroid Prime 2, I discovered an odd glitch in Watch Station by accident. I had completed the spider ball puzzle to activate the bomb slot, but missed the slot and fell to the ground. I morphed sometime between missing the bomb slot and hitting the ground, and this happened...

Screen Tilt Glitch

This is the Trilogy edition. Running on Dolphin 5.0.something(can grab exact version if needed.)

Is this a known glitch, and if so, does it happen on actual hardware?

I had heard about this glitch from GameFAQs back when the game was still new but I never seen it until now. Don't know the cause, Samus probably unmorphed wrong.

Oh shit I had this happen to me around the time the game originally released! I used to have a picture of it at the time but I can't seem to find it on my old Photobucket. No idea what caused it but yes, this did happen to me years ago.

Man I wish I could find the photo. It just seems to have vanished from my accounts.
