Has anybody else heard about or is into these? They're super cool pieces of Metroid Memorabilia, highly detailed action figures, here's some examples for anybody who may be interested in pursuing any number of these.

I'm pretty sure World of Nintendo isn't just Metroid. But in any case, I saw a Samus WoN figure, but didn't end up buying it. Walmart sells them, and they aren't that expensive, and they seem of good quality.

They make all kinds of stuff, Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Animal Crossing, Star Fox. Me personally, I only really have much of an interest in the Zelda and the Metroid stuff. They can be hard to find though, I spent at least a year just trying to find the Metroid itself, they were retailing for like 15 bucks and selling, not listing for, but actually selling for on eBay like 45-50 bucks. I've never opened the packaging though, they just look cool in my curio cabinet, like my Samus Amiibo that glares at me when I stop developing and start doing mindless stupid shit.

no power suit variant?  :pwuh:

As far as I'm aware they only did the Varia and the Gravity suit, I seen someone on eBay claiming to have a Phazon suit one (Which would be friggin badass) but I was unable to confirm that anywhere else. I still think they should make more Metroid stuff for this line though, or at least produce more of what they have, it's like they underestimate how many Metroid fans there really are, the competition for those figures is super tight.

There's a varia, gravity, and metallic paint suit. A big metroid, a little metroid, and a little samus.
I've got them all except the metallic paint version.
Went a little crazy and got several of the metroids of each size to scatter around the apartment.

I'm just shy of you only missing the Gravity Suit figure as well. Metroid stuff has been really hard to find around here in the Milwaukee area, which is messed up, cause this is a pretty dense metropolitan area, at least 30 stores in a 10 mile radius that carry this line. Hell, it took me close to a year and a half just to get a Samus Amiibo down here.

I agree they're way too hard to get hold of but it feels pretty good when you finally do.

It does add a sense of adventure, but the limited nature of it has allowed for a little too big of a resale market. I think if something's got enough of a demand that the lowest listing for a 15 dollar toy retail is 40 bucks, Nintendo'd be smarter to release more and sell them at wholesale price and get that cash rather than some lucky reseller, and pass the buck onto the consumer, but that's just me. I suppose, I wasn't complaining when I turned a profit on a few WoN and Amiibo myself, but I usually made maybe 10, 15 bucks a piece after shipping, versus 20-25.

I own the MP3 varia suit. Didn't know about the gravity suit, that's cool as hell. It's got nice poseability compared to this older varia suit toy I own. Can't stand up too well though.

Usually the manufacturer recognizes it if it's a real stock item, I've never seen it listed and I never seen one in a package on eBay or anything else, so I'm figuring it's just the two for right now. They're pretty cool though, I wish they made as many figures for Metroid as they did for Mario and even Zelda by now. No love for one of their most successful brands.

friendo just brought me this today. It appears to be a little different in comparison to the other WoN samus figures I'm seeing in this thread.

I bought two. One to take out and the other to keep in the box. The thing in the box is morph-ball Samus. They're not as posable as Id hoped. I have her sitting on my living room entertainment center. If I turn the music up too loud she falls off.

Oh my god those are cool I'd like to see more things like that in stores here sad face....
