Bomb torizo item

How to change the item that activate the bomb torizo,being more specific,that if active with the charge beam.

I know I do much questions but is that i'am noob in the rom hacking.

P.S.I do not speak much english.

Well i don't understand it from the number of item, you mean to the number in the left part of the PLM properties?

for example the speed booster, would be the number EF4B in the chozo ball?

When you right-click a PLM, you will see its properties. On the right-hand side, you will see a box labelled 'Upgrade PLM', which will have $XXXX, where the XXXX changes for each item. This is the number you need to use. Here's a list of most of the main upgrades:

$0001   (Varia suit)
$0020   (Gravity suit)
$0004   (Morph ball)
$1000   (Bombs)
$0002   (Spring ball)
$0008   (Screw attack)
$0100   (Hi jump)
$0200   (Space jump)
$2000   (Speed booster)
$4000   (Grappling beam)
$8000   (X-ray)

Well, it works for me but no with the beams for example, with the spazer i change 29 00 10 (of the bombs) to 29 04 00 why its value is 0004 and after of save tried activate the bomb torizo but no it works.

And with the speed booster that its value is 2000 I change 29 00 10 to 29 00 20 and yes it works.
What do i do?

It's because it defaults to checking the RAM address for collected items, not beams.

For Spazer, you'll need to change:

2533B - AD A4 09 to AD A6 09 (Changes the RAM address from collected items to collected beams.)
2533E - 29 00 10 to 29 04 00 (Checks the RAM address above to see if you have collected Spazer.)

You will probably want to change the door closing item too:
23A70 - A4 to A6

And obviously change the PLM too.

Also, as the charge beam and the bombs they have the same value it was easy.

by the way,I management temporarily the account of zeta plasma so do not get confused.
