Dark-SA-X

Got this last week, I was able to mow down a 5 week old yard in 35 minutes.
The back yard I have is pretty big but it handles just fine like my old craftsman.

If you have the money this is the lawn mower you will want, screw riding lawn mowers.

Axiom Verge is easily the best soundtrack in that list. Aside from that one track that starts out with vocalising. I skip that one every time.

crazyal02

Honestly, between Axiom Verge, Undertale, and Hyper Light Drifter, I can't decide which soundtrack I like best.

Oh yehh

But more importantly:

I also ordered a SNES controller, but that'll be a while still.[/spoiler]

Sweet I think the last 3ds game of the year I will buy is pokemon moon in the middle of december, if its like pokemon black 1/2 I'm buying it.

Bought this here to celebrate my birthday sometime this month, and Metroid federation joke, still not worth buying but its alright if you like pvp based games.

Haven't had a new tv since 2010, price tag 138.99 plus tax = 149.00

This is how my paycheck gets spent:
$250 each paycheck goes to the family to pay for bills, so thats $500 a month.
$160 each month towards insurance, we have like six vehicles, and have everyone who drives insured for all them, and then split the bill. Which is mildly annoying for me, seeing as I very rarely actually drive, because they use them all the time.
~$100 a month on food that I buy while at work

The rest goes into savings, which I rarely spend on things, and is usually used as a bank for my family to use to buy things because they are not responsible enough to save money themselves.

The most recent purchases I have made with that money include:
A truck for about ~$3000 dollars, because the family needed a work truck so they could start a tree trimming business (that has been doing ok I guess)
Dark Souls 3 for whatever video games go for these days, $60?

And I can't remember purchasing anything else this year. I currently have ~$3000 saved up, who knows what that will spent on, we are planning on moving soon, so I won't be surprised if some has to go towards that. I should add that I make about $10/hr, and work full time.

I ordered a GeForce  GTX 1080 to replace my aging GTX 670.  I was considering building a completely new PC but in the end decided to stick with my current hardware and just dump the funds into a decent graphics card.  I already have an i7, and a decent motherboard so I'm just going to milk it for another year before I replace the rest of the system.  I like to play games in 3D so it's pretty taxing on a GPU, that's why I opted for the high end unit.

I might sell the GTX 670, it's still a decent card for the most part.  It doesn't do the highest settings on newer games though.  In the Skyrim Special Edition for example it only runs smoothly on the medium setting.  It does great with older games though, Portal (1,2), HL2, (anything source engine) at the highest settings.  Old Skyrim with detail mods at the highest settings.

Finally got myself a New 3DS XL, and in the Galaxy color too.
Can't wait to start loading up on all those SNES games like Super Metroid and Megaman X.

I finally found a convenient time to get a mobile. I've resisted long enough. Anyway, I got myself a lovely P9, and managed to tie it all in with my wife's contract, so we're paying only £28 a month for hers, mine, and my new phone. :^_^:

Grabbed the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection from CEX a while back. Maybe I'll actually finish MGS3!

Zero One

Ok, this is less of what I've bought, and more what has been bought for me, but holy fuck. Got an Xbox 360 for Christmas, so my dad took me down to CEX to buy some 360 games for my birthday, I bought some 360 games, then my friend took me down to CEX today for MORE 360 games. Here's what I bought:

aaaand here's all the stuff my friend bought:

My friends are far better than I deserve. And finally, my birthday presents which I don't actually get to play until my birthday:

Oh god, I love CEX. It's so cheap!

Quietus

Loves me some Ratchet, and Tools is great fun. :^_^:

You've also got some serious gaming ahead of you in the Mass Effect trilogy.

Zero One

Yeah, I've beaten ME1 so many times, and yet somehow never managed to progress past 2. Tools of Destruction is great, but A Crack in Time is easily the best one of the entire series. I believe it was my first platinum trophy too!

The picture is kind of big.

I managed to find Fallout 3 with all of its DLC for $12 so I was like what the hell. I might as well since I've played 1 and 2 and so far, 3 is AMAZING.

Needed a break from MGS 5 lol

Quietus

Yeah, it's a great game. A lot of people got turned off early, as it can be slow to find your feet, but once you do you're rapidly on your way to becoming a god of the wasteland. :^_^:

Digital_Mantra

A bunch of games during the winter sale and a 360 controller to play them (with a squeaky left joystick so irritating I have to return it but the ice outside said no).

Quietus

That reminds me of a funny (for once) advert we've had on over Christmas in the UK.

Also, I bought a Steam link, so yay for gaming in the front room (company for my doggie) when the wife is out for the evening.
