Import A link to the past dungeon rooms from other rom hacks.

      OK so I'm making a link to the past hack that is basically a master quest. However there are already two master quests for it so I recolored the swords, changed some speech, and now I have The legend of the Four Swords. Just an excuse for a different name. I'm pretty far into it, and I've completed up to the swamp temple, however I did some testing and found that ganon is invisible when I go to fight him, and I am unable to harm him.
      I need to be able to import rooms from rom to rom so I can overwrite the glitched ganon room. I remember messing around in it when I first started my rom hack so loading up a backup is out of the question. Could someone make a program that can do this and still be able to edit the rom in hyrule magic? I can't do it myself because I'm a freshmen so help me out here.
