APP Creation!

This is very off topic.

We have started a business, all writing and plaining is done. Next step is to make an app, and I thought a better way to find someone who can make an app could be on here. (all the hacking) .Is there anyone on this site that can custom make an app with google maps integrated into it, create links, options, tabs, profiles, payment options and basically everything lol. All we need is a pretty good base app to work off of!

PAYMENT will be hugh depending how good the app is! also can negotiate

Idea is already patented!!! so lawsuit will happen if stolen
