Quote Tag issues

Whenever I reply to a user with a quote and they reply back with a quote, it gets cascaded and is hard to read, especially when the fonts get smaller.

Could it be fixed so that it wouldn't be a jumbled up so badly, as seen here is an example of that.

Usually, there's no reason to quote the entire post anyway, so when you click reply, just delete everything that's not relevant, then type your reply to the remaining, relevant text as normal.

So you get this:

instead of this:

Admittedly, you occasionally lose context, and you may need to quote more, but it's fine in the large majority of cases. :^_^:
