Okay.  I have moved over to the right side of the map into Tetrfuse.  Blocked by a brown door and a morphball tunnel requiring bombs.  I don't see your rock anywhere.  A screenshot perhaps?

Okay, after running around tetrafuze for a while, it's not as straight a path as it used to be back in 0.1, and though I think there is a way in, your best bet is to go to the warp point, go to the phazon mines and get the item you can get there. For reference, the item is

Then you go to the top of left tetrafuze and you are able to get across.
Also, I'm new here and so I'm not entirely sure about screenshots, do I need to use a photosharing site like photobucket?
Edit: about the block, in the path I used, on the way to red tetrafuze there are two of them. You probably already destroyed one or both however.

You have to use that, Dropbox, or Imageshack.

-facepaw-  So I managed to kill the Torizo and collect Speed Booster.  Still no Red Phazon.  I also went back over and collected X-Ray.  Lost again.  Seems like I just can't get a break.

Edit: Ahahaha.  I found Red Phazon.  Had to restart the game but I found it. XD  I'm now back to where I was.

I am lost once more but I'll get it figured out.  Thanks to those who helped me out.


I'm at the end.  Just need to find that Valkrye or whatever gear. =P

The x-ray glitch happens to me as well.  You just beat me to the punch. =P

The last glitch, mine doesn't even flash.  I break the green and it just stays brown.

Have either of you collected all of the gears? If not, then the x-ray thing might be a room state problem. I can't check since my save game and state are right before the boss.

It's probably to avoid confusing the player.  Not much of a big deal.

At the time I didnt have all gears, so it glitched. I just tried now with all gears and it doesn't glitch.

As for the missle thing, I'm guessing he just changed the name of them to emphasize how powerful phazon is.


Edit: just finished the game. While 0.2 was beyond fantastic, 0.3 is superior (with better graphical design and a working map) and I can confidently say it has been one of the greatest classic gaming experiences I've ever encountered. Once again, red monkey does not cease to amaze.

They just don't look the same...

They did back in 0.1 and 0.2. I don't know why it was changed, but it looks better this way.

redmonkey, can't wait to play your hack!  Looks awesome!

There's one thing I notice everytime I check out this thread~ it looks like you keep updating your newly released version .3 (OP always says "Last edited TODAY" and the download count is always lower than it was previously)

Maybe you should consider appending a revision number every time you update the patch so everyone can tell if they're up to date
