Change only color palettes

Im using a mac so APE doesnt work but i want to change samus' color palette and some other sprites like missles but i cant find a way to do it on mac

For palettes you use MAGE's palette editor. For graphics you have a few other options. Personally I suggest Tile Molester. Documentation for Tile Molester can be found on the MetConst wiki.

Their question specifically regards on a Mac computer. While Windows program emulators could be used to run MAGE, the given response doesn't allude to that.
