Requesting ASM for Alien Vista

I'd like to request for a piece of ASM that does the following:

• An item that gives you something called "The Matrix".
• This Item shows up on the HUD where X-Ray is.
• When activated (toggled on and off, so other items can be used) with the Run button, all enemies, damage and other things are slowed down, but Samus is not.
• A FlexGlow that turns all the level design Black and White when activated.

It's a big ask, and I have nothing to trade back, but could somebody do this thing for me?

e; Actually, no custom pickup has to be made. You can just remove the code for X-Ray and overwrite it.  :yay:
