Super Metroid Phantom Help (Author in here!)

This Mini Hack in fact is MY hack. I'm the first guy that got the mini crocos working in Super Metroid. Anyway, I'm asking if somebody could help me get it back in progress, because I can't get this PAL version crap out of the way(since smile hates PAL roms). I want to continue where I left off in the hack but when I patch it onto a non pal rom it becomes a pal rom...Help?
