Change in how documents are handled

Hey MetConst, so you may have noticed that underused wiki up there in the tabs, well with your help I hope its going to get a bit more used now as we are changing how documents are stored on the site, in short we want to offload all documents onto the wiki rather than have a downloadable txt/doc/rtf/etc file, there are plenty of benefits to doing this, its in browser for one so its much easier for users to view the information, and there is no compatibility problems because someone created a file in one program and you use another, and also some documents may be on going and need frequent editing, or are just in general unsuitable for being kept in a file.

We are currently working out how exactly to go about this, maybe come up with an example submission, feel free to ask or discuss anything related to this change.
