[SM] Ceres elevator and ship landing locations.

I've recently been contemplating using Squishy's template patch and this is about the only thing stopping me from using it: what/how/where does the game get told "start Samus here" on the elevator decent into Ceres after the intro and what tells the ship to land in room x? To take things farther, how about landing the ship in Ceres as an entrance (since hitting up Samus' ship during Ceres escape takes you to the "escaped Ceres" scene and then lands back on the planet)?

That's why I hate this patch. It erases too much "unnecessary" stuff to free space. And after applying the patch there are always questions like "How to make this thing work again".

Ceres, in general is very fragile. I'm for "Is it working? Then don't touch it". Ceres stuff starts at $7E4B0 and beyond. Look at all Layer1_2, FX2 and Door Scroll pointers for Ceres rooms in vanilla ROM.

For the landing, Area Load Station $12 for Crateria is used for landing, $00 and $10 to load the game from your ship.
