TLP, How to Edit HUD (Such as energy tanks?)

Title says it all, I got the hang of TLP, and I have a VERY hard time finding the pallet the goes with the E tanks on the HUD and WHERE ARE THE E TANKS TO EDIT! SAME WITH MISSILES! It's just all to confusing, if there is a guide somewhere or you guys could just tell me  :yay:
I would enjoy that. (Metroids are now E-Tanks :lol:)
