[SM] Metroid / MB Vulnerabilities

How would one go about changing what can hurt these two? Editing their vulnerabilities directly through SMILE seems to have little effect, so I am assuming these two enemies have some constantly running code that tells how they should be affected.

I've tried messing with their Shot AI / Touch AI alongside vulnerability changes & it somewhat works for the Metroids, but causes graphical glitches (changing Metroids shot AI to the "default" allows them to be killed by beams, but results in their outer hull staying onscreen till a room change. It also causes other errors, such as them latching onto you & shooting them overrides the default Metroid behavior, messes with things.)

I want both Metroid & MB's tank to be vulnerable to charge beam/bombs.

Curious about the Eye doors, too.
