Phantoon Palette

I always seen it the TPL for the room, however, the graphics I drew came out just great, the colors didn't change though, IE they're displaying as the regular colors for Phantoon and not the ones I put in even though I changed the palette colors, I checked his pointer which is just for his flames and I'm a Genius doesn't look like it has it, so any tips? Thanks guys.
