How do you set respawn areas in Editroid?

I am about a third done with my first big Metroid Hack, but I have run into one big problem.  Whenever you die in any of the boss hideouts, it won't send you to the screen the elevator is on but the screen where you would respawn in the original Metroid.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.

1. Click on the desired starting screen in the area.
2. Click on the "Tools" menu (the one with the gear)
3. Select the option that says "Set Area Start Here"
