Environmental effects?

Does anyone have those cloud effects you see in some rooms? How about the water background, the one that looks like it pops out at the viewer?

You can edit the FX layer graphics via the background editor in SMILE IIRC. If you just want the graphics from them then I recommend looking into any site that deals with graphics ripping instead.
