ok sorry if someone has made a thread about it previously but i cant find any thing about how to  remove the  haze from the title screen im thinking its hex editing but i have no experience in it  so if any one can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated

Open your rom in a hex editor, go to $AB9C98, change 88 to 93.

thx i had a bit of trouble at first because  i didnt realize it was headerd  but i ended up working it out
