Changing a heated room in Norfair to non-heated

I've looked over Engine works topics, read the FAQ and tinkered around but I can't find how/where to make the change. I feel like I've successfully done this before acouple years back but (and maybe it's because I was trying at around 2 AM last night) I am struggling with this one.

All I need to do is change one single room from heated to non-heated for a simple half-hack I am finishing up. Can anyone help me out please?

It can be changed in the FX1 editor.

Go into the room that you want to be unheated.  Go into Edit and select fx1.  slide right until you hit palette fx,  and uncheck HEAT BIT.  If you want to disable the heat wave warp and a few other heat effects, uncheck GLOW 1, GLOW 2, GLOW 3, & GLOW 4,  and then slide more right until you hit C,  Then disable FLOW LEFT & BG warp-cascadeheat.
