Blank Mouseover Tips

When I hover my mouse over a user's online / offline box, or any of the other icons below their names, I get the tip box pop up, but it's just a blank white box with no information inside.  Anybody else have this bug?

What I read. Seriously, no lie.

Also on this note is that I get the respective alt texts of "Offline" and "Online", which really aren't all that helpful in the first place, but it is still weird.

I'd like to point out that it isn't a universal thing. I'm not having this problem. Could it be the browser you're using?

EDIT: I should mention I'm also on Chrome. :)

Short of a browser issue/bug, there is no reason that this should not work correctly. Both the title attribute of the <a> tag and the alt attribute of the <img> tag are set which should ensure that the tooltip is shown.
