how to edit 'mission fin. successfully clr time' etc

Hi, I am trying to edit the text gfx at the end of game just before the credits come up when it says "mission completed successfully--clear time".....etc, I have tried exporting all of the special gfx under the gfx editor and couldn't find it, Have I missed it or do I need to place a new entry into the special gfx file under smile's file folder and if so, what is the entry I would have to put in there?
I know the palette for it for sure but I need the second mandetry option to do it (the gfx), however could it even be like item message boxes where you only need a hex editor, and then where to go of course if so? Thanks to anyone who can take time out to help...
