There is one thing you're forgetting.  CNET will never be held accountable because it is part of CNN, a mass media corporation.  Corporations are, by their very nature, exempt from all legal repercussions that may be incurred when laws are broken, by employees or members of the board of directors.  That's why the banks got huge bailouts instead of sending a ton of people to jail for fraudulent banking practices, and they bought this power from government a LONG time ago.

A huge step forward for a more free humanity would be to dissolve all corporate contracts with governments, so that guilty parties may be punished as law dictates.
