Can't see boards from the main view on this account

I bet it's because of a role on my account that doesn't have much of an effect anymore but when I am at the top level of Metroid Construction no boards show up for me. I can visit boards by manually typing in their ID numbers in the URL and I can read all the public boards and threads while logged out, and I can post if I log back in while viewing a board or thread lol, but of course if I go back to the top it's blank.

Also relevant: The board says I can't view any of my own posts as if I've never made any.
