I ask myself, where did the first rom of SM com from?.. The ACTA just got rid of mega uploads because of free music and other bootleg. Now they will moniter our information. On google and youtube. Facebook signed the policy too, they moniter. Why? they lose money that we owe to asians. since SM is off the market, why would nintendo give a shit? i mean just look at the wii. all advanced and shit, btw other m is THE END of metroid. Megaupload was taken down by the FBI, not ACTA, or SOPA.
This just proves that even without these scary new laws trying to slip by, the FBI can still pretty much do whatever they want.
Loads of other file sharing services are going down via the owners cause they don't want what happened to MegaUpload to happen to them.

The first ROM of SM likely came from a ROM dumper, such as Super Magicom. I couldn't tell you the exact history, though.

ACTA did not end Megaupload. The FBI launched an international effort to take down Megaupload, in which one of the only concrete reasons for takedown was copyright infringement (and you can bet that there was plenty of it); the others were based on intent and more than likely were what the FBI wanted to take down Megaupload for. There are also rumors about who Megaupload likely pissed off preceeding the events of the takedown.

Super Metroid is not off the market. It's also on the virtual console. You would have a point in saying that they likely wouldn't make all that much more money from it, though.

Other M is likely not the last Metroid tale (although I'd hopefully rather the next isn't like Other M.)

Other M is not the last metroid game. They're developing one for the 3DS at the moment. Also, Wii U is probably planned to have a metroid title for it

Okay this may be off subject and a little to much but ive noticed alot of pyramid like designs in highly paid and popular games and videos. Yes the illuminati, BUT i mention it only because the X-Ray icon on Super Metroid is in a pyramid shape and the plm shines at the top. Hell, grab a dollar and compare it to the animation. The game HALO has alot of symbolism. Carving structures on earth and more. Even though it sounds like a crock of shit, i still cant keep this (Threat) outta my head.
