Menu Hack

So I have the Metroid Zero Mission ROM and I want to get the menu hack, but it is a RAR file, and I don't have the proper prgram to extract it. So can someone please link me to a place that has it as an ips file?

It's true, I have never seen the WinRAR page I had linked before either. It's the first result in Google though... Changed the thing in my post anyweh

I have tried to find programs to exctract thes files, but never found a good place to download one, that was why I was asking.
